We have Eco-friendly materials if needed,they are PCR (post-consumer-recycled) plastic and bio-plastic sugarcane and wheat straw material.
We have 2-layer PE tubes,5-layer PE tubes and ABL tubes,all of them can be customized with your design artwork.
Steps to custom a cosmetic soft tube:
1,Finalize your size request,diameter,length,capacity shape and layers;
2,Confirm the tube's material and color,PE,ABL & Eco-friendly material available. color in PANTONE SOLID COATED;
3,Complete your printing design artwork if possible;(point out the pantone color number in artwork too)
4,Make a decision of your lid style;
5,Tell us the printing type you are prefer,we can offer you a suggestion in this step;
6,Surface handing,we can provide you glossy,matte and soft matte tubes;
7,Tail style,open or sealed;
8,Is that necessary to produce a sample for testing before mass production.
