How to custom a plastic soft tube
1.Finalize the tube's diameter and length with the capacity request;
2.Complete the design artwork (including color)
3.Choose the tube's lid style and material
4.Place a sample order to check the real tube's performance if needed
5.Producing and delivery the sample
6.Place the bulk order after sample testing
7.Pay deposit and we schedule to mass production.(see attached picture)
1) Prepare raw material;
2) Extruse the basic tube with correct color,material and measurement;
3) Inject a top on one side of the basic tube;
4) Print the tube with design artwork;
5) Cut off the top and reinject a new top if needed (depend on design);
6) Seal the tube's tail or screw on the cap.
8.100% inspection before packing
9.Inform the completetion of the tubes by photo or video
10.Pay balance and arrange shipment.
