The Small Capacity Plastic PE Soft Tubes Lipgloss Lip Oil Squeeze Tube is made by PE plastic,which is 100% recyclable and BPA free.We have other eco-friendly materials like PCR (post-consumer-recycled) and bio-plastic for your reference if your brands focus on sustainble developing.
Tubes can be customized in different sizes,mainly volume is 5-15ml with diameter 16/19mm,we make the tube in various length to match the volume.Color,printing,caps all can be customized with your design artwork.
Bellow are custom points of the tube:
1,Tube's diameter and length,we can produce with the size you provided,if it's smaller than the capacity request we will confirm with you before production;
2,Tube's color,we can produce the tube with the color number you provided in PANTONE SOLID COATED;
3,Printing types are offset,silkscreen,hot stamping and labeling,you can choose the printing type with your real design,we supply the tube in glossy/matte/soft touch surface;
4,Lip gloss tube's tip can be separated or unified,it's depend on your needs;
5,Tube's cap,we can get various caps in our supply chain,colors and shapes;
6,Tube's tail,sealed tail for manual filling from the top;open tail tube for auto filling and sealing machine.
