Introduction of 2-layer and 5-layer tube
2-Layer：
The inner and outer layer both made of PE material.
It’s convenient in using,soft touch,fine scalability,impact resistance and exceptional chemical stability.As the result of the bad gas barrier,the dissolved aromatic compounds will be easy to be oxidized.It can be applied to be packaging of cleansing cream,hand cream,facial mask and other cosmetics.
5-Layer:
The inner and outer layer are made of PE,the middle is an EVOH insulating layer,between the middle and inner & outer there are 2 bonding layers made of adhesive.
Compared to 2-layer tube,there are much better gas barrier properties and toughness.It can prevent oxygen and other gases sinking into the tube.In other words,it can stop dissolved aromatic compounds and other components sinking out effectively.
It can be used as packaging of sun cream,hair cream,body lotion,ointment and other functional products that contain material which may react with PE material.
