What is PCR in cosmetics?
PCR refers to materials derived from post-consumer waste, such as recycled plastic containers or glass bottles, that find a new purpose in the packaging of cosmetic products. This shift is not merely a trend but a strategic response to the escalating demand for sustainable cosmetics packaging in the beauty market.
How PCR material produced?
Normal production of PCR begins with collecting and sorting of discarded plastics in commercial and residential recycling programs. The recovered items are ground, washed, dried and pelletised. To guarantee the quality of product made from PCR material, only recyclable plastic can be collected because recycling process degrades the plastic, others can't be recycled and reused at all. Today, the most commonly used PCR material are PP, PE and PET.
Sample Policy:
1. Free stock sample,usually 1-2pcs
2. Custom sample we have to consider the fixed cost of running a production line, usually $100 - $200.(5-layer cost more),customized sample not more than 20pcs per design.
