Introduction of our company’s sample policy

We fully understand that client want to get samples from their supplier and have it been tested before they place an order to make sure the product’s quality meets their requirement.

In order to let our client know more information about our product’s thickness,printing quality and so on,we accept sample request.There are 3 different choices on sample request.

The first option,client just ask for samples similar to their design,and they have a shipping forwarder in China to deal with the sample’s shipment.We will try to find the most similar sample in our warehouse (stock products which we produced extra for other orders,usually we will produce a bit more than client’s order for QC purpose),then ship the sample to their forwarder without any charge. It’s free sample.

The second option,client just need the similar sample too,we get the sample from stock product,but there is a different thing that client don’t have a shipping forwarder in China.It means we have to arrange the delivery for the client.Samples are most been shipped by international air express.In this situation,we need client to tell us their detail address to calculate the express cost,usually we will offer our client several different choices with different speed,the faster the more expensive.Client can choose one with their schedule.By the way,we support our client to arrange a pick up to our address by themselves,we can provide client our office and they can place an pick up order to express like DHL,FedEx and UPS by themselves.If we arrange the express,we will charge the shipping cost from client.

The last option is the client want to make a customized sample with their own design not stock sample.We will have to calculate the sample cost according to client’s design,because of making a customized sample,we have to modify a full production line same as mass production,it has a fixed cost. And different designs will make the production line has different machines combination,this is why we have to calculate the cost with client’s design. 2 layers’ sample usually $100 to $150 and 5 layers’ sample usually $250 to $300 with my experience,difference caused by design detail. Shipping cost the same as the first and the second option.

For customized sample,we can provide our client both tail open and tail sealed option,they can get them together in one time and test the filling and sealing with tail open tube;check the printing and performance with tail sealed tube.
